Intensive Workout

Hello everyone,
Finally we shoot our first 12 min workout. We didn’t shoot recently as you already notice and we explain why in our previous video. But even though we didn’t document our workouts, I've been working out all the time and even succeed to visit Rome, where we wanted to shoot workouts for you guys, but for our "luck" our cam, stopped working so we will show you only Yana's happy smile and introduction from a beautiful Rome. We will post some pictures in our section "Diary", so check it soon.
Today’s workout is 12 min. long and from now on, all workouts without equipment will be with in that format.

I found those short workouts very suitable for me and I have the same benefits as staying at the fitness for hour and half or doing my longer workouts which btw will still find place in my program. The exercises involve many muscle groups simultaneously in a short time, intense training that allows you to burn calories 3 times faster than normal training.
You will build a toned and tight muscles, burn calories within 48 hours after you have completed the workout, at the same time developing not only strength but cardio as well and not at last you are going to use only your body weight for resistance.

Many don't believe that such а short workout can build strong, lean and fit muscles, but it can. It can because it’s super intensive and at the same time really fun to perform. Time passes really fast and the results are obvious, because I am doing for myself exactly those short intensive workouts. What is important for one workout is not the length but the quality.
