
Hello everyone,
We are back at the sea side shooting videos one year since we started. Isn’t that amazing how fast time is going by.
Me and Marty hope that going to the sea side every year will turn into a tradition. We enjoyed so much our time there despite that it wasn’t easy to shoot the videos, because everywhere were crowded from people who wanted to watch us : )
Today workout is 12 min. long, maybe you have noticed but I oriented only to 12 min. workouts because I see the benefit of them and during the week when I need to go working, I am not able to spend a lot of time. So I am doing these workouts immediately when I wake up, well maybe not immediately but 20 min. after I woke. From a long time I couldn’t see so well my muscles, I am eating without being afraid that I could gain weight, I burn fat, shape my whole body and I can notice how my strength is increasing. I feel great not only because I work out but because it doesn’t take a lot time and always when I feel lazy and believe me that’s happing often : ), I am saying to myself, well Yana it’s only 12 min, you had excuse before, not be shame but you don’t have one : ). This words are always working on me.
Recently I started taking protein powder and there will be article soon on our site about it and how I feel and what are my impressions.
So today workout is 12 min. short intense. Set up your timer for 50 second intense movement and 10 second of rest for 12 rounds. When I am at home I am using this site http://www.beach-fitness.com/tabata/.
There are 4 exercises and you can see my scores below.

Pistol - reach one leg try to hold it straight, use your hands for balance. If it is still difficult to you, hold yourself to the arch of your door, I started like this, because I couldn't do it one year ago. Push from your tights and but and when you stand with your both feet to the ground, make squat and jump with hands towards the sky.

Side lift -
My scores are - 15, 13, 13

Low push up - I took a rest while I was performing this exercise, you can do the same if you stay without breath. Just stop for a second and contunie.
