Hi everyone,

Marti went to Vienna, and left me all alone here booo not fair, but at least now I can do what I want woohoo. She said to make a video for us, so I hope she has a great time there.  

Today new workouts are made from only 3 exercises, isn’t it great? Honestly when I am doing such simple workouts time flies and I don’t feel that 20 minutes has gone by. By memorizing the exercises allow me to concentrate more on my routines and be determines to finish my workouts more efficiently as quickly as possible. All you need for these workouts is a chair and some kitchen paper or an old t-shirt. You are going to see why we need it soon enough.

So there are only 3 exercises and our aim is to complete as many of these as possible within 15 minutes.

Lunge with a chair push up - 15 for each leg

One leg is on the chair, jump with one leg then put both on the chair and from this position make a push up.

 

The best exercise for abs. A paper plank- 25 reps

Take a paper or an old t-shirt, legs are apart, hands on the floor. Slide your hands on the floor till you are in plank position, hold for a second and go in start position.

 

 Scissors, Sumo jump - 30 reps

Scissors jump, followed from sumo jump. Have a deep lunge.
