Talking with Marty last day, we decided that in future we should try shooting our workouts in real time, I think this will helps not only you, but me as well.

McMaster University Research shows that 6 min. intensive training is equal to half an hour moderate activity. "HIIT" training - high insensitive interval training is the best way to burn excess abdominal.

BOX, yes bum bum :), I decided to try something new, new movements, to change my routines and more importantly just to have fun. Working out shouldn't be always same even if you are sure that your workout.

Pistol - reach one leg try to hold it straight, use your hands for balance. If it is still difficult to you, hold yourself to the arch of your door, I started like this, because I couldn't do it one year.

12min workout with exercises that involves many muscle groups simultaneously in a short time. It’s super intensive and at the same time really fun to perform.

Today's workout is with only 3 exercises. When I do such a simple workout the time flies and I don’t feel that 20 minutes has gone by...

This was very enjoyable workout for me and I love to try new workout routines. I can see how my energy level is changing while I am doing something that I really enjoys me..
