I have for you an amazing recipe with healthy and delicious broccoli. A lot of people don't like the taste of broccoli just because they boil it and that's it. In that case even I won't like it. This vegetable is one of my favorite one not to mention how delicious it is when it is cooked in the right way :)
For this recipe you will need:
- a small broccoli around 400gr.
- mix nuts
- 2 egg whites and one whole egg. If you want to make it healthier, use 3 egg whites
- an anion
- low fat cheese
- red pepper
- 2-3 leafs celery
- 2-3 spoons of olive oil, 1 tea spoon of rosemary, ginger, ground cumin and pepper depend of your taste
Cook the anion with olive oil till it is slightly brown
Cut all vegetables in small pieces - broccoli, red pepper, cereal, smash the nuts and mix all this in the pot. I put half glass of water as well, because it was easier to boil them.
Smash the low fast cheese, you can see the amount I used. Crack the eggs and add all spices. After you pour all that on the broccoli and keep mixing till you are sure the flavor is everywhere
The dish takes around 20 min. as soon as you feel the broccoli middle soft you can take them off.
