this is one of my favorite vegetable soups. It's so light and delicious that I like often to prepare it for my family, friends and myself as well. It's very easy and fast to prepare and probably like everyone of you I don't like neither to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Recently i have found how delicious and healthy is the cottage cheese and now I love to add 3 or 4 spoons at the end of almost every soup that I made or to my spaghetti.
I like to eat it also when I am ill and my throat soar, usually at that time I feel my stomach heavy and I need something exactly like that soup.
